Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions have been set up to protect you, the client, and Graphic Affair Limited. Please be aware that we are very flexible, so if you have any questions or wish to discuss any of these terms and conditions at any stage please feel free to send an email. Any design work carried out by Graphic Affair Limited will be charged to the client. If you do not wish to go ahead with printing the final stationery set the original price will be amended to remove the printing cost from the quote.

Unless otherwise specified, quotes provided include the design and print of your invites. Sending through the wording for your invites is seen as an acceptance of the quote.

Payment is due upon receipt of the final set of design work. If you need to pay this off instead of one lump sum payment please let us know before design work commences as we are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

All designs created by Graphic Affair Limited are owned by Graphic Affair Limited - do not reproduce any of our work, and please do not copy the designs and images off this website without our permission.

The designs created for you may be used in our portfolios, albums and advertising material. We can keep names and contact details private (blurred out or changed) if required.

Changes to the design and text are allowed - these changes are built into our quotes. Please visit the wedding invitations page for more information about the design process.

Please be aware that every computer screen is calibrated differently and colours will appear differently on different screens. We will send out a proof of your wedding invitation so that you can see a hardcopy before going ahead with the final print job. If you decide not to view a proof this is at your own risk.

Once you have given a final okay on a proof/design work that we have sent you, we will proceed with printing immediately. If a reprint is required for any reason (other than if the print is considerably different from the proof you have received) the re-print will be charged, and costs will be advised at the time.

If you prefer to source your own printing please discuss this beforehand.

Every quote provided to a client is based on x-number of hours worth of design work. Graphic Affair Limited is reasonably flexible with this, but if the number of modifications made by you exceed this timeframe hugely we will advise you that further work will increase the price. At this point we will give you the opportunity to make a final modification to create a final design before further costs are incurred, and we will be very upfront about this. We do understand that you need to be happy with your wedding stationery, and we are happy to work together to create this.

Graphic Affair Limited collects information such as names, email address, postal address, phone numbers etc in the process of creating design work. Your information will be kept private. The only exception to this is if we need to pass an invoice to a debt collection agency. If the assitance of a debt collection agency is required in order to collect outstanding payments owed to Graphic Affair Limited, then the client is liable for any costs incurred during this process.

Payment types accepted: direct credit (preferred), bank deposit (at any branch of the ASB), cash or cheque.

By using any design service from Graphic Affair Limited you agree to these terms and conditions.
