Wedding Invitations New Zealand

Below is an example of an invitation with custom made envelopes to suit. This couple married in an orange orchard, and wanted to reflect this in the design of their invitations. Their original idea included imagery of oranges, but in the end we decided to go with a representation of this, rather than a literal theme. The invitations were printed on metallic orange paper backed on to sheets of black card. Note that the names have been blacked out for privacy reasons.

The handmade envelope was made of bronze metallic card lined with a fine handmade paper with a matching bronze vine/leaf pattern. On the left-hand-side of the envelopes were 2 pockets for the map and an rsvp card. The invite sat loose in the middle of the envelope, and it tied shut with a black organza ribbon.
