Printing Individual Names on InvitationsGuest names can be printed on each individual wedding invitation. This will look very tidy, and adds to the presentation of the overall invite. It does add a little to the cost of the invitations as it is more time consuming (if you can imagine - having to print a single copy of 50 different invitations, instead of sending the printer one file and asking for 50 copies). Please feel free to ask us for more information on this option, as the cost will depend on the number of wedding invitations required. The second option is to have a thin line or empty space where the guest names are hand written names on the invitation. Alternatively you can leave no space for names, and write "... and... invite you to share wedding day" which leaves out the guest names altogether. The only issue with this is that you're not being specific with the people who are invited and you may possibly end up with more guests than originally intended. This issue can possibly be avoided by having the names written on the envelopes instead. RSVP CardsYou can either put the RSVP details on the invitation if there is room, or you can have a separate card that the recipient can post back to you. These usually have a tick box with "yes" or "no," or we can have a perforated line in the middle of one card that has "yes" on one side and "no" on the other, and the guests can tear off and send back the applicable side. We can make matching RSVP cards for any invitation. Information CardsThese are very useful to send out along with your invitations so that you can get extra details across to your guests. These can be made to suit your wedding invites. You can include information such as: - You can list accommodation options in the area so that they don't have to drive or pay for taxis Map to the Ceremony & Reception VenueIf people need to provide their own way to the venue a map will be very useful, especially if the venue is not well-known, or if you are having guests from out of town attending the wedding. We can include a map that is set up in a way that it matches the rest of the invitation theme. Place Cards/Seating ChartsAs a continuation of the theme of your invitations and wedding stationary we can organise name cards for at the reception. These are handy so that there is no confusion over where people are sitting. These can be cute little cards that are either flat or folded in half for each guest. A large seating chart is also useful and provides a map of where everyone sits and the table plan. Order of ServiceThe size of the Order of Service pieces usually depends on how much information is to be added. If your Order of Service has hymns, prayers and a lot of additional text I would suggest have 1x A4 page of good quality paper folded in half. This can have a design to match the invitations to compete the wedding stationery set. If you don't have as much text we can make the Order of Service the same size as the invitation (eg. if you have a DLE sized invitation, we can make a matching DLE sized Order of Service piece). MenusThese can also be provided, and can be designed to match the invitations. It may pay to talk to the venue, as sometimes they provide menus as part of the package, as well as the little cards that have the name of each dish on buffet tables. Having menus that match the rest of the wedding stationery (along with table numbers, place name cards, seating charts) is a nice touch and compliments the theme of the wedding. "Save The Date" CardsIf your wedding is a a few years away, or if you have people coming from overseas then we can make Save The Date cards to match your wedding invitations. These are especially useful for wedding guests that are extremely busy, or guests who will be travelling from overseas - the Save The Date cards will give them a date to work their flights, accommodation and other travel requirements around. These are also useful if you aren't able to confirm the venue, time etc quickly but still have a date in mind. Thank You CardsThank you cards can be made up after the wedding. As well as thanking your guests and those involved with the wedding, these are a great way of sharing one of the professional shots with everyone, as not all your guests will be able to view the albums once you get them back from your photographer. The other option is to carry through the invitation design and fonts if you don't wish to include a photograph. We can make a folded card, or a flat piece in a variety of sizes.
